This is a recent photograph
of landscaping and iron
fencing around a townhouse
project that Green Thumb
installed five years ago.
These photos show Green Thumb installers preparing a
stone and concrete walkway, and another landscaping
and walkway finished with stone and crushed granite.
The owners of a townhouse in Houston's
Midtown District wanted their small backyard
landscaped in stone because it was shaded and
grass could not grow. Mike landscaped this
project with stone and Bull Rock, and then added
Mondo Grass for a touch of greenery.
A home was accented with a beautiful new stone
walkway and planter box designed by Green Thumb.
The previous walkway was holding water because it
had been upheaved by a tree. Therefore, this project
entailed leveling the ground for a good installation,
which also included landscaping.
A HARDSCAPING PROJECT BY GREEN THUMB
This Green Thumb installation of a
stone patio with a river rock creek
running through it is featured in this
slide presentation depicting before,
during and after completion
photographs. The owner of this
property in Houston’s West University
area was very pleased and said it
looked like a piece of art.
ANOTHER GREEN THUMB PROJECT
A recent Green Thumb installation of a
stone patio is featured in this photograph.
This landscaping project took place in Houston’s
premier Tanglewood subdivision. Notice the
landscaping with stacked stone on both sides of
this exquisite home’s front entrance.
Green Thumb installed a stone patio and a fountain
from Joshua’s Native Plants and Garden Antiques in
Houston Heights. Around the base of the fountain
Tiger Eye pebbles were added. A sprinkler system also
was installed along with fresh landscaping.
Tumble Terra-cotta pavers and landscaping completed
this patio home’s backyard, giving it a whole new
impressive look.
The owners of a townhouse in Midtown Houston were amazed when Green Thumb transformed their bare,
small urban patio into a usable living space. They were amazed and happy to now be able to enjoy the space,
which has been enhanced with  an arbor, water feature, flagstone and beautiful landscaping.
No job is too small for Green Thumb and this
picture proves it. Mike installed the owner’s
sculpture and added moon rocks, moss
boulders, ferns and ground cover in the home’s
atrium. After doing the atrium, the job grew
larger. Due to the owner's delight, she asked
Mike to design and install stone and landscaping
in the area leading to the front entrance to
match the atrium.
BEFORE
Green Thumb proved its excellence once again with this installation in the front and backyard of
a beautiful home. Mike installed two stone columns with high-gloss b
lack pots with geraniums,
irises, petunias, anthuriums and variegated ivy. A natural stone walkway with Black Star gravel
and landscaping completed the front yard. The owner wanted all landscaping and no grass. She
asked for a dry riverbed with a walkway through it, surrounded by landscaping.
